We were humbled by the industry-wide participation in the 2024 convention! It is obvious that our members care deeply about our collective mission to perpetuate Alaska's commercial aviation industry and ensure its prosperity. Our annual convention is supported by attendee and exhibitor fees and sponsorships. Please consider sponsoring part of this year's event to help us continue to be able to host Alaska's largest gathering of local industry stakeholders.

Each year, our convention fills with air carriers, maintenance companies, FAA and NTSB representatives, other government officials, and aviation stakeholders. This is your opportunity to present your brand directly to Alaska's commercial aviation industry.

There are many sponsorship opportunities available, ranging from sponsoring the entire event to specific aspects of each day. Regardless of what you choose to support, attendees, exhibitors, and presenters will know that your company is actively engaged in supporting their industry and community.

Sponsorship helps make our annual convention possible, and there are sponsorships available for all budgets. Opportunities range from $500 to $10,000.

Major Convention Sponsor | $10,000

The Major Convention Sponsor is the dominant event sponsor. The event will be advertised as "The 2025 AACA Convention, sponsored by (your company)." Your company logo will be placed ubiquitously throughout the event: on banners, presentation slides, marketing materials/media, tables, etc. Contact the AACA directly for specific requests.

Major Convention Sponsorship includes a company convention pass. When you add this sponsorship to your cart, your convention pass fee will become $0. An exhibitor booth directly adjacent to the banquet hall entrance is included free of charge with this sponsorship.

Casino Night | $2,500

Casino Night will be on February 27 at the Lakefront Anchorage Hotel. It will be the largest gathering during the event. There will be gambling, food, drink, and prizes. This will replace the AACA's banquet and live auction. The event will be announced as "(your company's) Casino Night." Each table will feature your logo. When the projector screen is not used, your company slide will be displayed on the big screen. You will have the opportunity to introduce your company at the start of the banquet.

Morning Coffee & Networking | $1,000 ea.

Each convention day starts with coffee and various continental breakfast items. These sponsorships allow you to place a company banner above the buffet area in a high-traffic location. You can provide us with a banner, or we can print one for you. You can also place marketing materials such as pamphlets, QR codes, swag, and business cards on the buffet tables. Put your name on the "Hot Mic" night of Alaska aviation stories: some folklore, some historical, and some outright crazy. Each story will be paired with a "matching" wine. Rowdy Alaskan aviator stories pair nicely with a robust red wine. A professional sommelier will lead us through the evening full of tasting and tales.

Convention Lunches | $800 ea.

Sponsor one or both of the convention lunches. Each day, attendees will mingle with exhibitors when they break for lunch. The IA Renewal is the most-attended training program during the convention. Each year, the room fills with hundreds of IA aircraft mechanics. This year's training takes place on February 28. Sponsor this event and place a large company banner (provided by you, or we can print one for you) prominently at the front and center of the room, marketing materials at each table, and speak to the audience about your services/products at the beginning of the day or immediately following the lunch break.
