Exhibit at the AACA's Annual Convention

Exhibitor booths are positioned so that all event attendees will pass each booth on their way in and out of the primary banquet hall. This is where the majority of presentations and events take place. Attendees will mingle among your booths during breaks and every lunch hour.

Exhibitors' Cocktail Hour (Feb. 26)

Attendees will be encouraged mingle with exhibitors in the pre-function space outside the banquet hall. Beer and wine will be served with hors d'oeuvres. This is an excellent opportunity to network with different air carriers and commercial aviation stakeholders.

Exhibitor Booth Information

• Booth dimensions: 6 ft deep x 10 ft wide
• Skirted table
• Two chairs
• Access to electricity
• Access to exhibitor-exclusive wi-fi

Exhibitor spaces are limited, so register today to reserve your booth.

Exhibiting includes one full registration for an exhibitor who may attend all sessions, lunches, receptions, Wine Night, and Casino Night. Three additional booth attendants may manage the booth and eat lunches at no additional charge, but they must purchase tickets to attend Wine Night and Casino Night.

Cost to Exhibit

Booths are $1,500 for AACA members and $2,000 for non-members. Become a member today to access member-exclusive rates.

1. Choose your booth from the floor plan.

Unavailable booths are crossed out with an X. Booths are first come, first served. The floor plan is not-to-scale and is subject to change. We will inform you if we need to move your booth.
