Responsibilities

From the AACA's bylaws:

"This committee shall actively recruit new members, create recruiting procedures, develop member benefits, and assist the staff in setting annual recruiting goals. Membership shall be sought and encouraged from all carrier sizes, classifications, and geographic regions in Alaska.

This committee shall selectively recruit new Board members to insure a diversity of skill in leadership, aviation business, finance, technology, marketing/public relations, legal and/or fund-raising. They shall assist all Board members in development of their service on the Board."
